The exact email address to invite is in your payment confirmation email. Grant access only to that address — never to an address someone else sends you. Only grant the platforms your audit covers: ad accounts, GA4, and GTM for the Tracking audit; ad accounts and GA4 for the Senior audit; Search Console (plus GA4 if you have it) for the Search audit.

  1. Meta ad account (if the brand runs Meta)

    Invite the email from your confirmation with the view-only role (Meta calls it Analyst or "View performance," depending on your account version).

    Meta Business Suite → Settings → People → Invite people → assign the ad account → view-only access

  2. Google Ads (if the brand runs Google)

    Add the email with the Read only access level. That's the lowest rung Google offers, which is exactly right.

    Google Ads → Admin (Tools & Settings) → Access and security → + → enter email → Read only → Send invitation

  3. Google Analytics 4

    Add the email at the property level with the Viewer role.

    GA4 → Admin → Property access management → + → Add users → Viewer → Add

  4. Google Tag Manager (Tracking audit only)

    Add the email to your container with Read permission. This is where most measurement leaks hide, so don't skip it if you have a container.

    tagmanager.google.com → Admin → User Management → + → enter email → Read → Invite

  5. Search Console (Search audit only)

    Add the email as a user with the Restricted permission (view-only).

    Search Console → Settings → Users and permissions → Add user → Restricted → Add

  6. Reply "access granted" to your confirmation email

    Or write to [email protected]. We check, confirm back with a timestamp, and that timestamp is when your 48 hours begin.
