How access and the clock work
You pay, then a 2-minute checklist walks you through granting read-only access. We never need edit rights: analyst and viewer roles only, and you can revoke them the moment your deliverable lands. The 48-hour clock starts the moment access is confirmed, not at payment, since we can't audit what we can't see. When we confirm we're in, you get a timestamp; hold us to it.
How pricing works: per brand, not per account
One audit fee covers one brand and all of that brand's ad channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) plus its tracking. The $497 tier covers a brand under roughly $15k/mo in total spend; the $1,000 Senior tier is for higher spend, three or more channels, or Performance-Max-heavy accounts (genuinely two to three times the analysis). Separate brands are a separate audit each, with a discount if you bring several.
The refund, exactly
3+ documented leaks or it's free. That means: if your audit can't document at least three fixable revenue leaks (each with a screenshot and priced in the dollars of revenue it distorts, so a nitpick never counts toward the three), your audit fee comes back. No forms, no argument.
